If your instructor has set up appointment availability on Zoom, you can easily book some time to meet with them. Here's how to get started. 

  1. Open your Canvas course and select Zoom from the course navigation menu. 
  2. Select the Appointments tab from the Zoom menu at the top (See Fig. 1).

  3. Select the appointment type you want to schedule Your instructor may only offer one type of appointment, or they may offer different appointment types and lengths.
  4. Your instructor's upcoming availability will appear (See Fig. 2). Use the calendar, or the left and right arrows to find additional appointment availability.

  5. Select an available appointment time and confirm your booking by selecting Book in the pop-up window (See Fig. 3).

  6. You will receive an email confirming your appointment. 
  7. To join your meeting, use the link in the confirmation email, or return to the Appointments tab in Canvas and select Upcoming Events and Join the meeting (See Fig. 4).
